David Amiel

David Amiel is the Investment Manager at Invest Capital Group. He works closely with the managing principals on all aspects of new investments, refinancing, and asset dispositions. His responsibilities include origination, acquisition underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring. David is also responsible for maintaining the tracking of the actual financial performance of portfolio investments while working as a team with Asset Management.

 

Prior to joining Invest Capital Group, David worked for 5 years at ESJ Capital Partners. His position consisted of underwriting, financial modeling for properties and due diligence.

 

David received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami.
